Step 1. Prepare for the loan process with a checklist of items needed and some do’s and don’ts during the process.
These items will be needed prior to receiving a pre-qualification response and credit review from our office. Please be prepared to provide these items in a timely manner for faster service.
Step 2. A representative with Island Home Loans will be in touch with you via email to gather more information and income and asset documentation to provide you with the best pre-qualification possible.
